Verm-Tech Institute is a subsidiary of Weed Hacker Inc in which was also Dwayne Lafontant's headquarters. It was briefly mentioned by Dwayne in the film when he asks Debbie if she has an associate degree from Verm-Tech after the latter statement of thinking that Ozzie is dead.
